My name is Bryan Anderson Kung, I am a lawyer and the founding partner of KYARA & CO a boutique law firm based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Apart from my fascination with the law, I am also passionate about human connections. I have always believed that the law should be easily accessible to everyone from all walks of life. My name is Fiqri, I graduated from Multimedia University (MMU) with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019. I was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2020 and subsequently joined KYARA & CO as a Partner in 2021.
At KYARA & CO, I head the Conveyancing and Banking Division. I specialize in security documentation including loan documentation for various commercial banks, merchant banks, as well as other financial institutions. I also had experience in advising clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, corporate and retail banking.
I worked with several law firms prior to joining KYARA & CO and represented various real estate developers, corporations and institutions, in the acquisition and/or sale of agricultural, residential, industrial, commercial land and buildings as well as the development and sale of completed properties. I also regularly advise developers on project development, ensures regulatory compliance, and negotiates with the financial institutions for financing of various projects

I’m Yudhistrevarman, a legal eagle with an LLB Honours who is one of the partners in this firm, Kung & Partners.
“First passion, the rest will follow” a principle in which I firmly held upon throughout my life. Being an avid reader with an immense passion for the law, it was crystal clear to me that I should strive to become a lawyer from an early age. By choosing this path, it made me aware of my sole purpose which is serving the people and community around. I always believed that lawyers have the best chance to further the public good and have an impact on the way the world runs. My track record in performing pro-bono work throughout my career thus far is testament to my nature as a lawyer. I certainly believe that this profession has gifted me the duty to utilize the talent in which I am blessed with to help the under-privileged when needed.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time watching & playing football as well as playing tactical games such as chess and monopoly as it is my forte. I am also a licensed football coach.

I am Farhayu Aziana, a proud partner at KYARA & CO. I hold an LLB Honours degree from IIUM and was called to the Bar on March 8, 2013. From a young age, I have passionately pursued a career in law, firmly believing that “sky is the limit.”
In the early stages of my career, I gained valuable experience in civil litigation, primarily focusing on family matters, wills, and bank litigation. However, as time went on, I discovered my true interest lay in corporate and real estate law. The dynamic nature of business transactions in these areas captured my attention, and I found myself drawn to the fast pace and constant challenges they presented. I thrive on managing diverse workloads and projects simultaneously, pushing myself to excel.
As a corporate conveyancing lawyer, I recognize the significant role we play in business transactions. Conducting due diligence, providing advice, and negotiating contracts with clients, partners, and stakeholders are essential responsibilities that I take seriously. I’m Isznie Anis Binti Ismail, one of the partner of KYARA & CO, under Kajang Branch. I’m local graduated from University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with LLB (Hons) in 2010. With more than 10 years of experience in legal practice, apart from general litigation, I am predominantly focusing in conveyancing and corporate matters.
I have led and handled various corporate matters, mainly in the drafting, reviewing and handling of a broad range of conveyancing, banking matters especially in projects, sub-sales and perfection of securities as well as corporate and commercial agreements.
I believe that hard work and perseverance is the key to success, and that being a good lawyer means having the ability to offer pragmatic solutions to clients in the shortest period possible.
